Ms. Wynne
worked for Spectrum as a Senior Property Manager from June 1989
until February 1996 and rejoined the firm in October 2005. As Director
of Property Management, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day
management of Spectrum's Charlotte portfolio which currently consists
of 2,080,653 square feet of commercial office space and six parking
decks with 3,034 parking spaces.
Ms. Wynne's past real estate experience also includes
management of shopping centers and apartment communities in North
Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
Graduating cum laude from Appalachian State University
with a BS degree in French and a concentration in English, she recently
completed her Masters in Business Administration at Queens University
in Charlotte and holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s
license.
She was 2007 President for the Western North Carolina
Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has
held numerous other offices with the Chapter during her twenty-three
year career in real estate. Ms. Wynne also performs volunteer work
with Relay for Life with the American Cancer Society and Habitat
for Humanity.
